Eye Openers

Recent Studies suggests that brown-eyed people and those who are nearsighted or obese have a greater risk of developing cataracts, the leading cause of blindness. If you fall  into any of those categories, be diligent about wearing sunglasses and a wide-brimmed that when you're outdoors, (exposure to sunlight also increase your risk) and get your eyes tested twice a year to detect any possible problems.
